
Jennifer has always wanted to be an all-purpose superstar. When she was a kid she was a fan of a range of musical genres, mainly Afro-Caribbean music like salsa, merengue and bachata. She also enjoyed popular music such as pop hip-hop, hip-hop, and R&B. Even though she loved movies, the music industry was also a fascination for her. West Side Story, a musical performed by Rita Moreno (1961), was her most significant source of inspiration. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer wasn't just a talented entertainer. She also attended 8 years at an Catholic elementary school called Holy Family. Jennifer then completed her four-year degree at Preston High School. While at school, Jennifer was an amazing athlete, playing track and field and tennis. When she was in Castle Hill, she spent her childhood in a 2-story house. Jennifer moved out of the house when she was 18 , and moved in with her parents. Lopez began her work at a law office while dancing late at night.
